The San Lorenzo School Preschool Department, headed by Mrs. Ma. Theresa H. Galang, together with select pupils from the Kindergarten and Junior Casa classes this School Year 2023-2024 captured the champion trophy for the 2nd year in a row in the 6th Royals Poem Recitation Competition hosted by South Mansfield College at the South Park Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City on February 28, 2024.

This event aims to strengthen South Mansfield College’s advocacy to develop the communication skills of pupils in English. Moreover, this competition is held to hone the pupils’ intrinsic and latent abilities, and demonstrate their eloquence in speaking with confidence in the presence of a large audience.
The winners this year are:
San Lorenzo School – Champion
Christ Baptist Academy – 1st Runner-up
Serafinian Learning Center Inc. – 2nd Runner-up
Servite School Inc. – 3rd Runner-up
Last year, a different group of preschool pupils of San Lorenzo School were declared champions in the same competition held at Pixie Forest, Filinvest Mall, in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
